Screen Status States

• Online (Green indicator): The device is currently connected, running the player, and transmitting periodic telemetry heartbeats to the cloud.
• Offline (Red indicator): The device has not transmitted a heartbeat within the last 90 seconds. This usually means the TV is powered off, the player app was closed, or the internet connection dropped.

What is 'Last Seen'?

The Last Seen column indicates the exact time elapsed since the cloud last received a confirmed heartbeat from that specific screen (for example: *Seen: 14s ago* or *Seen: 2 hours ago*).

Hovering your mouse over the relative timestamp displays the exact calendar date and second of the last communication.
