Delete Your BraSigns Account and Data
If you have an account or registered device with BraSigns, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Request & Verification
Upon submitting the form, your request is logged with a unique tracking reference. We verify identity via the registered email to safeguard against fraudulent deletion requests.
What Gets Deleted
Your name, email address, password hashes, user preferences, and active browser session tokens are permanently wiped from our active databases.
Organisation Data Separation
Shared organisation media, screen assignments, or business playlists are managed by the organisation owner. Personal account data is separated and deleted without corrupting joint tenant records.
Data That May Be Retained Post-Deletion
In accordance with legal and financial regulations, BraSigns may retain anonymized transactional receipts, statutory tax records, and security audit logs (recording that a deletion occurred) for the duration required by applicable statutory limitation periods.
