BraSigns monitors your screens with lightweight, highly efficient network heartbeats.
How Monitoring Works
- Every 15 to 30 seconds, the BraSigns Player sends a small secure cryptographic ping to the cloud.
- The ping includes the screen ID, player version, current active playlist revision, and internal health metrics.
- The cloud dashboard updates in real time over secure WebSockets.
- If a screen misses heartbeats for more than 90 seconds, the dashboard automatically flags it as Offline.
