What hardware devices does BraSigns support?
BraSigns runs natively on Android TV, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV & Fire TV Stick, and commercial Android smart displays.
Does BraSigns work offline?

Can I use portrait (vertical) screens?
Yes! BraSigns fully supports both landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) orientations. You can set the orientation in the screen settings or let your TV hardware handle vertical rotation.

Yes! BraSigns includes a dedicated Google Slides app that updates automatically whenever someone edits the presentation deck in Google Drive.
How quickly do content changes appear on physical screens?
Under normal internet conditions, content updates and playlist changes propagate to online screens within 15 to 30 seconds.
Can multiple screens play the exact same playlist?
Yes! You can assign one master playlist to an unlimited number of screens across multiple locations. Updating the playlist updates all screens simultaneously.
How often does a screen communicate with BraSigns?
Connected screens transmit health telemetry heartbeats every 15 to 30 seconds. If a screen has not reported within 90 seconds, the dashboard marks it as Offline.
