Deleting Media and Safety Protection
How to safely remove unused media assets without breaking active playlists.
BraSigns protects your screens from blank slides by warning you if an asset is currently in use.
How to Delete an Asset
- Locate the file in Media Assets.
- Click the Trash icon (or select multiple assets and click Delete Selected).
- If the asset is currently used in an active playlist, BraSigns displays a safety alert listing the affected playlists.
- Confirm deletion to soft-delete the file.
Safety Guarantee: Deleting an asset removes it from your library and future playlists. Soft-deleted assets are cleaned up safely.
